Job summary

Domino's Norfolk is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first friendly voice and face for customers. You’ll take orders, guide guests through the menu, and support in-store duties while learning the pizza delivery business.

This part-time role offers evening and weekend shifts, room to grow via the Management Development Program, and requires candidates to be 16 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Clear, friendly communication with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• Some computer experience helps with ordering systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on the first ring and take orders.
• Help customers with questions and resolve concerns.
• Pitch in on in-store work: food prep, cleaning, dishes and stocking.
