Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure and stress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand directions and instructions and follow them.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY® Promise.
• Prepare high quality products by following Little Caesars recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and area.
• Ensure proper appearance and image per policies and training materials.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times.
