Responsibilities

• Lead people on shift to execute outstanding product quality and customer service
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members
• Support production as needed and assist with local store marketing and promotions
• Deliver great guest service and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise
• Control costs, labor, waste and cash while leading shifts
