MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member to deliver the MOD Pizza experience in a fast, friendly environment. You will prepare pizzas and salads, ensure quality, and serve guests with speed and hospitality.

This role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude, with opportunities to learn and grow within a welcoming community. No experience required; minimum age 16; must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a food safety certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to do the following.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date or where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu items per MOD standards for best quality.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards and procedures.
• Keep store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Be punctual, wear MOD dress code, and provide an excellent guest experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality: friendly, accurate and fast on every shift.
• Follow directions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team and restaurant success.
• Engage with guests to welcome and build rapport during visits.
• Maintain focus on serving others and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely with teammates to create the MOD experience.
