Qualifikationen

• No experience required; willingness and ability to learn.
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start where required by law.

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards as defined by MOD resources.
• Keep store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver a great guest experience.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests, vendors and teammates.
• Demonstrate friendliness, accuracy and speed in every shift.
• Follow coaching and directions from restaurant leaders.
• Engage with guests to welcome and converse, supporting team success.
• Maintain quality standards during busy shifts and work with the squad to create the MOD experience.
