Yourpie Athens is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the Beechwood team at 196 Alps Road. You’ll supervise the line, oven, and register, ensuring smooth shifts and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members, assign stations, and keep each shift running smoothly.
• Work alongside the crew on the line, oven, register, and order handoff.
• Welcome guests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Carry out opening, shift-change, and closing procedures.
• Maintain food quality, accurate portions, cleanliness, and safe food handling.
• Help control waste, rotate products, count inventory, and match staffing to business volume.
• Train new team members and reinforce Your Pie service and operating standards.
