Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations in El Paso, TX. You will train and supervise crew, ensure food safety standards, and deliver friendly, prompt service in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to uphold operational standards and procedures, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and efficiency during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Dependable and reliable team member.
• Strong written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older for manager role.
• Possess all required state and federal documents and permits.
• Flexible work availability.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
• Willingness to undergo background screening as required by law.
