Prairie Pizza, a Domino's franchise based in Charlotte, NC, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Raleigh-area store. You will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and coach a motivated team to deliver a high-quality pizza experience.

You will hire and train staff, manage inventory and scheduling, uphold food safety standards, control costs, and drive sales, all while maintaining a clean, welcoming store that reflects our commitment to quality and community.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A love for pizza is a definite plus.
