Prairie Pizza, a Domino's family franchise based out of Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our store at 2392 NC Hwy 10 West. Lead daily operations, train and supervise staff, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment while upholding Domino's standards.

You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and food-safety compliance, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
• A love for pizza is a definite plus.
