Workstream in Miami, Florida, is seeking a responsible Cashier to efficiently handle transactions and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess good math skills and effective communication abilities, with a minimum age requirement of 16. Responsibilities include managing payments, using cash registers, and assisting customers. Experience with POS systems greatly preferred. Workstream is dedicated to delivering quality food and service, having grown from one location in 2002 to 50 across six states.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

• Take dine in and takeout orders accurately using the POS system.

• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.

• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations when needed.

• Ensure takeout orders are complete, accurate, and ready on time.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area.

• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to provide efficient service.

• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other front of house responsibilities as needed.

• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest focused.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Reliable transportation.

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Dependable, team oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
