Job summary

Pizza Patrón is seeking a General Manager for our Corpus Christi location to lead a fast-casual team, ensure top-quality pizza, and deliver exceptional guest service. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a kitchen-driven environment with a focus on culture, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee operations, training, scheduling, and daily performance while maintaining our standards and working 50–55 hours per week. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a hotel/restaurant team with hands-on management style.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure high-quality pizza and guest satisfaction.
• Direct and mentor crew, schedule shifts, and manage labor costs.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and brand standards across all restaurant activities.
