Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
