Home Run Inn Pizza is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pizza Makers to join our Full Service Restaurant in Little Village-Chicago. You will craft delicious pizzas to SOPs and recipes, ensuring quality and consistency across shifts.

Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required. The role involves reading order tickets, preparing dough and toppings, operating ovens, and maintaining clean workstations according to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends/evening shifts and holidays.
• Reading order tickets to identify ingredients.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock and prepare ingredients and dry goods for pizza preparation.
• Read order tickets for ingredients to use.
• Stretch and prepare edges of the pizza crust.
• Cook pizza in oven, monitor cooking, slice pizza.
• Clean ovens, meat tables and prep machines regularly.
• Move stock and assist in inventory tasks.
• Monitor quality and spoilage of ingredients.
• Rotate perishable items using FIFO.
• Follow SOPs for dough handling and portioning.
• Be able to open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
• Work from verbal or written orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
