Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items.
• Measure ingredients for items.
• Follow safe food prep procedures.
• Assist with bagging and tagging orders.
• Deliver or bring orders to customers or drivers.
• Greet customers professionally and take orders.
• Provide information on menu and specials to encourage sales.
• Upsell additional products.
• Master POS systems for order taking.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Handle currency and credit transactions accurately.
• Build loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep work stations clean and stocked.
