Job summary

Team Washington, Inc. in the Washington DC metropolitan area is seeking a Store Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly service and accurately take orders.

You will greet customers, handle dine-in and phone orders, and operate the POS system while maintaining a clean, stocked station and following safety standards. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within the Domino’s network across our stores.

Qualifications

• Be no less than 16 years of age.
• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers, and processing orders.
• Strong multi-tasking ability.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to take orders over the counter or by phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Measures ingredients required for specific items.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Help with bagging and tagging orders.
• Running food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers and explains menu and specials.
• Operates POS to process orders.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and stocks supplies.
• Handles currency and makes change accurately.
