No previous pizza-making experience is required—we offer comprehensive training. We’re seeking someone with reliable attendance who can work mornings, lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous kitchen or pizza-making experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh pizza dough according to our recipes and standards.
• Roll out dough using our dough sheeter.
• Build pizzas according to The Dough Shed’s recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare fresh toppings and ingredients as needed.
• Monitor food quality to ensure every pizza meets our standards.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
• Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
