Responsibilities include packaging and displaying pizzas, keeping areas clean, assisting with inventory, and coordinating with deli and grocery staff to meet daily production goals. Weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with food preparation or pizza making preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables and toppings per recipes.
• Assemble, bake and finish pizzas maintaining quality and portion sizes.
• Package, label and display pizzas for sale; keep displays stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Provide friendly service and assist with customer requests.
• Monitor freshness and rotate stock; follow FIFO and safety rules.
