Job summary

DCP Pizza, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Pizza Maker at our store level location. The CSR greets customers, takes orders, handles the POS, prepares items, and helps keep the restaurant clean and organized.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and training to develop skills in fast-paced teamwork while delivering high-quality pizza and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food orders using the POS system.
• Answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with stocking food items and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Help with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
