Job summary

Domino’s in-store CSR position is described as Front-line customer care with pizza-making support. You will take orders, greet customers, and build relationships while maintaining a clean store area.

There are two in-store roles: Pizza Maker and CSR, offering growth within the Domino’s ecosystem. Minimum requirements emphasize a positive attitude, basic math for change, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• An EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude.
• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders
• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
