Job summary

AR Pizza, LLC (Domino’s Pizza) is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Pizza Maker to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will take orders, prepare pizzas, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, efficient store environment.

The role requires enthusiasm, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting at store level. Training and development are provided, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or meet state minimum age requirements)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
• Take order taking accuracy
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain portion control and product quality
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with stocking food items and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Help with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations
• Assist delivery drivers and management when needed
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
