CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment
• Prepare product to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule
• Maintain image and adhere to standards
• Provide great customer service
• Attendance & punctuality; transportation to/from work
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Understand and follow written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone
• Perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide) accurately; may use a calculator
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen
