Pizza Lucé in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a cook to join our hardworking, high-volume team and be the beating heart of our operation. You’ll assemble menu items, keep a clean, sanitized kitchen, and ensure recipes are followed to deliver Minnesota’s best pizza.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year cooking experience, are 18+, and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We offer great pay ($18–$19/hr), on-the-job training, several benefits, referral bonuses up to $200, free meals,

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of cooking experience.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must know and follow food storage and safety/sanitation protocols.
• Must be able to thrive in a HIGH volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work on a team.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assemble menu items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized cooking area.
• Ensure that all recipe specifications are followed.
• Adhere to proper food production techniques.
• Give special attention to orders with specific allergies, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free requests to avoid cross-contamination.
• Perform duties associated with each area of the kitchen, as needed: prep food, wash dishes, cook on sauté, pizza, or hoagie line, and assist in the production of large party items and/or special events.
• Execute job functions quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper rotation, labeling, initialing, and dating of food and supplies.
