Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table for readiness at start of shift.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units and bins.
• Work 2–4 hour shifts swiftly within time constraints.
• Properly portion and itemize products per Domino’s Standards.
• Dock and stretch dough per Domino’s Standards.
• Work in an assembly line configuration.
• Re-Date all products moved to in-use status.
• Communicate with team members as needed.
• Maintain sanitation of makeline and cut table.
• Restock makeline bins and cabinets as needed.
• Check quality during bake and boxing per Domino’s specs.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs.
