Job summary

Domino’s Line Cook role focuses on food safety and efficient kitchen execution in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure all products are prepared to Domino’s specifications and support a team-oriented setting during each shift.

Qualifications

• Minimal work experience; 1 year restaurant experience a plus.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Able to read a computer screen and memorize topping/product codes.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety guidelines.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table at shift start.
• Check refrigeration temperatures.
• Work swiftly for 2-4 hour blocks.
• Properly portion and itemize products.
• Dock and stretch dough per Domino’s standards.
• Work in an assembly line.
• Re-Date in-use products.
• Communicate with station teammates.
• Maintain sanitation of makeline and cut table.
• Restock makeline bins as needed.
• Check product quality during bake and boxing.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs.
