Pizza Inn Sikeston is seeking a Back-of-House team member to support pizza production and guest service in a fast-paced kitchen. You will perform all back-of-house functions, including dishwashing, dough handling, and oven operation, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires the ability to stand long hours, read and communicate clearly, and multitask in a busy environment. Training includes the Dough Master Program and consistent adherence to recipes and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes and maintain a clean workstation.
• Prepare and cook pizzas.
• Assist with preparation of wings, salads, and desserts.
• Ensure portion sizes, quality standards, and procedures are followed.
• Read and interpret guest checks, maintain dough and oven workflow.
• Open/close checklists and assist other restaurant areas as needed.
