Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member to join our restaurant team in Bridgeport, WV. You will help ensure all pizzas and menu items are prepared to the brand’s standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

You will work at various stations, follow recipes, handle customer orders, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines. The role requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and a positive attitude during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise.
• Prepare high quality products by following recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Maintain the proper restaurant image as outlined in training materials and by management.
• Clean and organize work stations and other areas as directed by management.
