Job summary

PFLC Little Caesars in Walterboro, SC is seeking a Crew Member to work as part of the restaurant team. You will prepare high quality products by following recipes and procedures, help maintain a clean and safe station, and provide friendly service to customers.

The role requires physical work, lifting up to 55 pounds, squatting, twisting, and standing for long periods. Shifts are scheduled based on business needs with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.
• Ability to twist the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
• Ability to bend the back up to a minimum of 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures as described in CARDS materials, cashier certification program and as shown on the station job helpers
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook and/or as directed by the management staff
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Employee Handbook and recommended or required by government agencies
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as directed by management
