Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Crew Member to join our restaurant team in New Jersey. You will work with others to produce high quality menu items and ensure customers are satisfied by following recipes, specifications, and procedures.

This role requires physical work including lifting, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety policies. You will be part of an organized, customer-focused team with responsibilities across stations and shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.
• Ability for twisting of the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
• Ability for bending of the back up to a minimum of 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of the restaurant team to ensure high quality products and satisfied customers.
• Performs duties in accordance with Little Caesars recipes, specifications, and procedures.
• Keeps work stations clean and organized to maintain restaurant image.
• Adheres to safety and security procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook and by government agencies.
• Follows Little Caesars policies and standards of conduct as directed by management.
