This is a high-impact leadership role for a chef who thrives at the intersection of great food, strong teams, operational excellence, and scalable systems. You’ll work closely with our culinary, operations, production, and ownership teams to ensure every kitchen consistently delivers the quality and identity our guests expect.
You’re an experienced culinary leader with strong multi-unit and production experience. You know how to protect culinary standards while building systems that work at scale. You’re equally comfortable developing a menu, reviewing a P&L, coaching a chef, troubleshooting production, or jumping into a kitchen when needed.
This is a chance to shape the culinary future of a growing Bay Area pizza group—from the restaurant kitchen to the commissary, frozen products, events, and beyond.
If you’re a hands‑on culinary leader who believes great pizza starts with great systems and great people, we’d love to meet you.
