You will oversee daily pizza production, dough prep, inventory, and scheduling; train staff; uphold ServSafe standards; and drive quality, consistency, and service across shifts in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in pizza or food service.
• Strong knowledge of dough, toppings, ovens, and prep flow.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of pizzas, calzones, strombolis, garlic knots, and related items.
• Maintain proper dough prep, portioning, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise pizza cooks and prep staff.
• Ensure fast, friendly guest service and handle special orders.
