Job summary

Domino's Washington, DC area franchise is seeking a delivery driver to bring pizzas and other items to customers. You’ll inspect your vehicle, manage timely deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction while handling payments and return changes.

A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and cell phone are required. The role emphasizes accuracy, quick pace, and teamwork in a busy store environment, with mileage reimbursement and tips as part of earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with two years of driving experience.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Own a vehicle capable of driving up to 100 miles per day.
• Maintain required auto insurance as per state law.
• Able to pass MVR and background checks; cell phone required.
• Able to read a map and use GPS to locate addresses.
• Navigate stairs and multi-story buildings while carrying product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with management and customers.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate money handling and making correct change.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
• Inspect vehicle before deliveries.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers; deliver promptly.
• Maintain communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize routing.
• Handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Assist with prep and read order slips to prepare orders as specified.
• Clean, stock and restock work stations and display cases.
