Job summary

Domino's in Cary, NC is hiring team members to support delivery and in-store operations. You will handle orders, collect payments, prepare items, and ensure accuracy and quality for every delivery.

You’ll maintain grooming and uniform standards, promote specials, operate the oven when needed, and provide friendly customer service over the phone and in person. A sense of urgency and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
