Qualifications

• 18+ years with minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Valid, non-expired driver license.
• Proof of non-expired insurance that meets state requirements.
• Vehicle used for delivery must pass state vehicle inspection.
• 5-year MVR clear of specified violations.
• Physical: able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cognitive: ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Download and use the Delivery IQ App while on the clock.
• Deliver customer orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Confirm sequence of deliveries and directions before leaving the restaurant.
• Prep and restock front of house and back of house food products per rotation methods.
• Assist with putting vendor deliveries away.
• Assemble and stock pizza boxes.
• Stock soda fridges as needed.
• Clean pizza bags and maintain a clean delivery/dispatch area.
• Maintain proper food temperatures using hot bags for all orders.
• Follow all traffic laws and ensure delivery receipts are totaled and signed.
• Return hot bags to the store and handle closing procedures.
• Answer phones and take customer orders when needed.
• Follow cash drop procedures and communicate guest complaints to management.
• Return promptly to the store after deliveries unless instructed otherwise.
• Notify management of injuries or incidents immediately.
