Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Own a vehicle that is insured and roadworthy for daily deliveries
• Ability to pass motor vehicle and background checks
• Reading maps and following GPS directions within delivery area
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and management

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and items to homes and businesses on assigned routes
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
• Maintain high customer service standards in fast-paced operations
• Communicate clearly with store staff and dispatcher to plan routes
• Handle cash and credit transactions quickly and accurately
• Prepare orders according to slips or verbal instructions
• Keep stations and display areas clean and stocked
• Adhere to quality standards and company policies
• Assist with prep and restocking as needed
• Read and process orders accurately, sometimes handling multiple orders at once
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Look for additional tasks when scheduled duties are complete
• Build loyal customers through friendly service and appreciation
