Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver in Beaulieu, LA. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for tips, and a path to growth within the team. You will deliver orders, uphold brand standards, and maintain safety and cleanliness while providing friendly customer service.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with 2+ years of driving, have a valid license and a reliable vehicle, and can work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
