Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a friendly Delivery Driver to join our store team in Louisiana. This is a part-time role, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn tips while delivering pizzas to customers with a focus on safety and service excellence.

As a delivery driver, you will represent the RPM Pizza brand, maintain vehicle readiness, and collaborate with a fun, fast-paced team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera and return equipment upon separation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
