Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and passion for excellent service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Must be 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take phone orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile (even over the phone!).
• Answer questions about menu, promotions, and delivery services
• Address and resolve customer concerns with patience and understanding
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and happy customers
