Prairie Pizza is a family owned Domino's franchise based out of Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our store, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

You will handle phone and in-store orders, provide accurate information about menu and promotions, resolve customer concerns with patience, and work with a team to keep operations smooth and customers smiling.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
