Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first and often the only face customers see. Your upbeat professionalism helps create smiles and makes lives easier, while you support order-taking and brand integrity.

You will engage with customers, handle orders, and contribute to a clean, efficient store environment, promoting great service and teamwork within our CMS location.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas).
• Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
• Be outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude and good verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, happy environment for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Ensure stores are kept clean and sanitized for team and customers.
• Get into the action and make perfect product all the time.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
