Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is hiring a Domino's Pizza CSR in Central Mississippi. You’ll be the first contact for customers, receive training on our system, and help create a fun, smooth ordering experience. The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for advancement, and a chance to work with a leading technology‑driven pizza team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
• Be outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude and strong verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact with every customer who calls our stores.
• Learn our computer system and gain confidence by working with customers.
• Provide a fun, happy environment while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent the brand image.
• Keep stores clean and sanitized for team and customers.
• Operate all store equipment and assist with inventory as needed.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile.
