Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) in Petal, MS is seeking a friendly Domino's CSR to be the first contact for customers and to take orders with a positive attitude. You’ll receive training on our computer system and enjoy flexible hours, with opportunities for growth and a fun, fast-paced work environment.

As a CSR, you’ll help maintain a clean, efficient store and provide excellent service while learning inventory handling and time management.

Qualifications

• You must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas) and possess a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
• Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication and verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• You are the first contact with every Customer who calls our stores.
• Receive training on our computer system and gain confidence working with Customers; flexible hours.
• Provide a fun, happy environment while taking orders and upholding the brand image.
• Keep stores clean and sanitized for the Team and Customers.
• Demonstrate time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
