Job summary

Papa John’s International is seeking team members to support daily operations at our Maryland location. You will handle workstation duties, prepare ingredients, take orders, and deliver quality customer service with a sense of urgency.

Uphold Papa John’s uniform and service standards while working as part of a fast-paced team. You will process transactions, assist customers by phone or in person, and contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork, reliability, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Non-exempt, hourly position; must be able to work nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Provide additional documentation as required by individual states.
• Ability to follow Papa John’s uniform and appearance standards and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and providing quality customer service.
• Work as a team, be on time, support other workstations, and complete closing duties, including cleaning, while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash and/or credit transactions, and suggestively sell to increase the check average.
