Responsibilities

• Perform workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and delivering quality customer service with urgency.
• Work as a team: be on time, support others, complete closing duties, and uphold uniform/appearance standards.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System and process cash and/or credit card transactions; participate in upselling to increase the check average.
