Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member at our Oconomowoc store to deliver the MOD experience as you prepare pizzas and salads with speed and care in a welcoming, fun environment.

No experience is required, but you must be at least 16, authorized to work in the United States, and obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of your start date. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), paid sick time, free pizza and drinks, and more.

Qualifications

• Show passion for people and ability to connect with guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrated history of attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up on time, in MOD dress code, and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests, vendors and teammates.
• Demonstrate hospitality by being friendly, accurate and fast on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team and store success.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming MOD experience.
