Job summary

Dominos Pizza in the Washington DC Metropolitan area is hiring a Store Customer Service Rep for a full-time position. You will deliver friendly service, manage orders, and operate the POS system to ensure accurate transactions and timely deliveries.

You'll greet customers, take orders by phone or in person, prepare items as needed, and maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety and quality standards. Prior customer service experience is preferred; 16+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with customers and management.
• Strong multi-tasking ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Greet customers in person or by phone and take orders promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage return customers.
• Operate the POS system for automated order taking and payments.
• Keep workstations and display cases clean and stocked.
• Assist with bagging and labeling orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
