Domino's Pizza in the Washington DC metropolitan area is hiring a Store Customer Service Representative. This full-time role delivers excellent service and maintains product standards while handling orders, payments, and inquiries.

You will greet customers, take orders, operate POS systems, prepare menu items, and work with the team to ensure fast, accurate service and a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to enter orders and handle money.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Measures ingredients required for specific items.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Help with bagging and tagging orders.
• Running food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally.
• Provides excellent customer service and upsells additional products.
• Masters Point of Sale (POS) systems for automated order taking.
• Communicates clearly with management and team members.
• Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and appreciation.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Cleans, stocks and restocks work stations and display cases.
• Transfers supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
• Packs, weighs, and labels products as required.
• Ensures supervisor is aware of food shortages.
• Adheres to quality standards, guidelines and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
