MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to deliver the MOD experience. You’ll prepare pizzas and salads, interact with guests, and maintain a fast, friendly service standard in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Keep store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up on time, in MOD dress code, and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests, vendors and crew.
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals—friendly, accurate and fast—on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team, restaurant and squad success.
• Take care of guests and engage with them when they are in the restaurants.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and guests.
