MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member in San Antonio, TX. You will craft pizzas and salads, deliver fast, friendly service, and maintain MOD standards in a welcoming environment.

No experience required; you must be at least 16 and able to obtain food safety certification within 30 days. MOD offers benefits and a team-focused culture, with opportunities to grow within Field Operations- Store.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older (depending on location).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date.
• Willingness to follow processes and instructions.
• Demonstrated attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning and contributing to MOD.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu items to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook and package guest orders with timely, quality execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready for guests.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver excellent guest experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support the team and restaurant.
• Engage with guests to welcome and converse during visits.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely with the squad to create the MOD experience.
