The Cicis Pizza-Top Slice LLC in McKinney, TX is hiring a part-time Cook/Prep to support daily food production at $12.00-$14.00/hour. Applicants must be at least 16 and able to pass food safety training.

You will prep dough, sauces, and cheese, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and assist the kitchen team including making pizzas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must pass food safety training.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow food safety procedures.
• Prepare dough, sauces, and cheese daily.
• Ensure recipes are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Place orders and properly store received inventory.
• Support the kitchen including making pizzas and finishing products, or other duties as assigned.
