Qualifications

• Experience as pizza cook or similar kitchen role preferred.
• Familiar with dough preparation, stretching, and topping techniques.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items per Christopher's Pizza recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using proper dough handling techniques.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperatures and cooking times
• Monitor food inventory and assist with stocking and rotating ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace.
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
